To cut costs and maintain free shipping for orders over $100 without price hikes, we use envelopes for small orders. Rest assured, your crystals are carefully packed to ensure they arrive intact.

Due to varying ship days, packages typically arrive within 3-5 days from when processed. If your package is delayed, rest assured it's en route and will be dispatched on the next ship date.

 Is shipping insurance included with my order?

We recommend purchasing shipping insurance, which is always an option.

  I made more than one order, can you ship my items together?

If you've made a separate order, let us know, and as long as we haven't already shipped your order, we will ship them together.

  Token of Appreciation

All full-priced retail orders will include a token of appreciation. Enjoy the enclosed gift as a gesture of gratitude.   Please be aware that combining your items constitutes one order, entitling you to one token only.
