Sessions are available via phone or Zoom. After booking, you'll receive an email with session details. Please check spam/junk folders. For Zoom meetings, a link will be provided. For phone sessions, please email us your preferred number, and we'll call you at the scheduled time.

Rescheduling Policy

We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to reschedule your appointment. To maintain a fair and efficient scheduling system, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

• 24-Hour Notice Required: Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule an appointment without penalty.
• Late rescheduling or No-Shows: Re-scheduling made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time, or failure to show up for an appointment, will result in the loss of that session.
• Exceptions: We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occur. The following exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis:
  • Sudden illness or injury
  • Family emergencies
  • Severe weather conditions
  • Unavoidable work-related emergencies

In the event of an exception, please contact us as soon as possible to explain your situation. We will do our best to accommodate you without penalty.
